Good Morning Innovation Leaders Here's the simple numbers you should be shooting for

1. 20% Growth per year 2. 40% of your sales in products or services you didn't have three years ago 3. 40% of your sales to customers or markets you didn't sell to three years ago

These are the numbers that proactive companies realize.

Importantly - we don't challenge you to set these numbers are objectives - that you "manage to."

Rather, we encourage you to adopt a system of never ending innovation.

And the numbers above are the CONSEQUENCE of having your culture adopt the system.

A system where every employee every week gets smarter (stimulus mining), cooperates (diversifying thinking) and drives out fear (by making it real in writing in numbers and through fail FAST, fail CHEAP cycles of learning.)
