I admit it. I’ve been GUILTY of preventing innovation.

McKinsey research finds that 80% of CEOs say that innovation is key.  However, only 20% day their company does it well.  

Sadly - a little while ago I came to the conclusion that I was part of the problem.  For nearly 40 years my Eureka! Ranch team and my books have been focused on encouraging everyone to innovate like the 15% of adults who are “right brain creativity / design zealots.”  

I WAS WRONG.   IT DOESN”T WORK.   The 85% who are “Left Brain Logical” will not change.   

It’s for that reason that I have decided to change my approach.  The result is a  system for innovation that is called Innovation Engineering  (IE) and it’s the result of 10 years of research.  Instead of seeking to “change” the 85% it  leverages their strengths by applying the discipline of System Driven Innovation.

It’s a disciplined and reliable system of training, tools and coaching that enables innovation among the 85% of the population who are “Left Brain logical.”  It’s a system that everyone can trust and commit to. 

  1. “Logical Left Brainers” can trust IE because it’s GROUNDED IN DATA:  It’s the first innovation system to be based on data and analytics not overhyped marketing and “guru” opinions.
